This class is specifically tailored to adults that are ages 55+. Our legends program focuses on a variety of weight training and mobility exercises to help build your strength and vitality. A typical class will begin with a thorough warm-up, followed by strength and conditioning which can be scaled to your skill and comfort level. At the conclusion of each class there will be a cool down session focusing on mobility and muscle lengthening.
